As our personalized items are made to order and therefore fall under the category of custom-made products, they cannot be returned. We are deeply committed to customer satisfaction and welcome all feedback. If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know by contacting us no later than 6 days after receiving your order. Returns without our prior approval will not be accepted.
